The whole editor is on the free plan. Every motion tool, the 3D workspace, rigging, physics, shaders, modifiers, generators, the full effect set, and watermark free export. Nothing in the toolbar is locked.
Mixa AI is different. It is a metered service, not a tool. Each time you ask it for something it runs on paid compute, and that cost lands whether the result is used or thrown away. That is why it lives on the paid plans, and why it is measured in credits rather than switched on and off.
Link your account and drive the editor from a chat window. It reads your projects, applies edits, builds and binds skeletons, and kicks off exports. Anything that supports remote connectors can drive it.
Connector work runs on your assistant subscription, so it spends no Mixavis credits.

Credits reset on your billing date. Only Studio rolls any over, up to 400. When you run out, Mixa AI stops and everything else in the editor keeps working exactly as it did. Freelancer and Studio can buy more credits at any time without changing plan. A generation that fails before it produces anything is refunded automatically. A result you simply do not like is not, because the work has already run.

A credit is a unit of Mixa AI work. A question or a small edit costs 1 to 3. A normal animation change costs 5 to 20. An image is 1 to 3. A full scene built from a prompt is 50 to 250, depending on how much is in it. A bigger ask costs more because it does more work.
300 credits is roughly 100 small edits, or 30 animation passes, or three full scenes built from scratch. 800 credits is roughly three full builds plus a month of daily editing.

Yes, at any time. An upgrade takes effect immediately. A downgrade or a cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so you keep what you bought until then. Renewals are billed in advance and are not pro rated.
Nothing is deleted. Your projects stay in your account. If you drop below the storage or project limits of your new plan, your existing work stays readable and exportable; you are only limited in what you can add. Credits you bought as a top up do not expire either, and start working again as soon as you are on a paid plan.
No. A file you exported is yours. It is a normal video or image on your computer, it has no watermark, and it does not check back with us.
