Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Mixavis. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Mixavis is a browser-based tool for designing thumbnails, graphics, and short motion videos, including AI-assisted generation, animation, and export features. We may add, change, or remove features at any time to improve the Service.

• Mixavis offers a free plan and paid subscription plans with additional storage, exports, and AI credits.
• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment provider, Dodo Payments, until cancelled.
• AI features consume credits. Credit allowances, daily limits, and rollover rules depend on your plan and may change with notice.
• You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide pro-rated refunds except where required by law.
• Prices may change; we will give reasonable notice before a change affects your renewal.

AI features use third-party models to generate scenes, text, and images from your prompts. Outputs are provided "as is", may be inaccurate or similar to other users' results, and should be reviewed before you rely on or publish them. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and your use of outputs are lawful and do not infringe anyone's rights. Do not use AI features to generate illegal, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content.

You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, or generate with Mixavis ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights necessary to use it.

When using Mixavis, you agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Upload or generate malicious, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or otherwise harmful content.
• Attempt to access, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service or its infrastructure.
• Resell, scrape, or abuse the Service, AI credits, or APIs beyond their intended use.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.

Stock photos and videos available through integrated providers such as Pexels and Pixabay are subject to those providers' own licenses and terms. You are responsible for complying with any license that applies to media you use. Fonts, icons, and other third-party assets remain the property of their respective owners.

Mixavis — including its software, design, branding, and the content we provide — is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to copy or resell the Service itself.

You may stop using Mixavis and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI outputs will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mixavis and its providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Mixavis harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India for any disputes not subject to a binding arbitration or small-claims process.
