Privacy Policy

Mixavis is a browser-based motion-design tool for creating thumbnails, social graphics, and short motion videos. This policy covers our website at mixavis.com and the Mixavis editor application.

Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile photo as provided by Google. We never receive your Google password.

Content you create. Projects, designs, layers, text, and any images or media you upload or generate are stored so you can access them across sessions.

AI inputs. When you use AI features, the prompts and any reference images you provide are sent to our AI providers to generate a result. Please do not include sensitive personal information in AI prompts.

Payment information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payments are handled by our payment provider. We receive your plan and billing status — we never see or store your full card number.

Usage data. We collect basic technical and usage data (such as browser type, device, pages visited, and feature usage) to operate, secure, and improve the service.

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Mixavis editor and website.
• Authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• Store and sync the projects and content you create.
• Process subscriptions, AI credits, and billing.
• Generate results from the AI features you choose to use.
• Respond to support requests and send important service notices.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and technical issues.

We rely on trusted third parties ("subprocessors") to run Mixavis. Each receives only the data needed for its function:

• Supabase — authentication and database (account and project data).
• Google — Google Sign-In (OAuth) for accounts that choose it.
• Anthropic and OpenAI — AI model providers that process your prompts to generate scenes, text, and images.
• Cloudflare R2 — secure storage for your uploaded and generated media.
• Dodo Payments — subscription billing and payment processing.
• Vercel — application hosting and content delivery.
• Pexels and Pixabay — stock media search (your search terms are sent to these providers when you search their libraries).

These providers process data under their own privacy policies and our agreements with them. Some may be located outside your country.

Mixavis uses third-party AI models to power features such as scene and image generation. Your prompts, reference images, and related context are transmitted to these providers solely to produce your requested output. We do not use your private content to train our own models. Generated outputs may not be unique and may resemble results produced for other users.

We use cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the service is used. Essential cookies are required for the app to function; you can control non-essential storage through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the subprocessors listed above to operate the service, when required by law or to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition. You control whether to export or publish the projects you create.

We keep your account and content for as long as your account is active. If you delete a project it is removed from active storage; if you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain certain records (for example, billing records) to comply with law.

We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted connections and access controls — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@mixavis.com. You can also delete most content directly within the app.

Mixavis is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Mixavis is operated from India and uses providers in various countries. By using the service, you understand your information may be processed in countries other than your own, which may have different data-protection laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, provide additional notice. Continued use of Mixavis after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
